i took all of these photos with my iphone, in dappled sunlight for the most part.
the hazy saturated greens and sudden over exposures are very true to how the place felt and looked on the day.
i especially enjoyed capturing the orange cat stretched out on the tombstone and the stone cutter busy at work on a new headstone.

ahhh that’s paris.
doesn’t matter what you do….it’s beautiful.
my leica is playing up….it needs a stern talking-to.
i have had days where it takes pictures and days where it sulks and refuses to even switch on.
what’s that all about?

the iphone has saved the day, too many times to count on this trip…photos, maps, translations, notes, currency, itineraries….how did i live without it?
