strand markets, townsville

we’ve got a new market partner and as soon as she decides on a snappy domain name, i’ll post a link for her website.
nadine is selling fabulous jute kurtas that she designs and has made in mumbai….and we’ve decided to throw our market resources together and hit some new markets in the region.
and we are starting with the strand markets in townsville.

in almost eight years i’ve never managed the four hour drive south to attend this market….we’ve been flat out looking after the markets in our immediate area.
however, when you get a partner, all sorts of doors open.
i’ve long wanted to get down there…by all accounts it is a marvellous market.

i’ll be driving down for the first one, just to get a feel for the crowd.
i’m hoping to see some of my yungaburra market regulars…..a LOT of my gorgeous yungaburra customers drive up from townsville once a month to buy soap and soak up the incredibly green local scenery.
townsville is only four hours south, but a completely different climate to the tablelands.
i’m looking forward to it keenly!
