this morning, following an exciting phone call, i am working on ideas for the presentation of a quartet of soaps to reflect a distinct season.

the essential oil blends are being specially made in an incense workshop in japan, that has been making incense for five hundred years….my job is to simply put together the perfect soap-statement for each season.

i am already dying of curiosity to get my nose into the blends…i am sure there will be all sorts of traditional japanese fabulousness.
all backed by five hundred years of dedicated experience and knowledge.
it’s quite thrilling to be collaborating on this.

if anyone needs me, i’ll be dabbling in clays and oxides for the rest of the day! like a one-woman holi festival!
