halibut

sensational halibut dinner at el dorado, on the lake in kelowna.
i’d never eaten halibut before and i’d pretty much eaten all the salmon in canada, so i was keen to get started on the halibut.
o, it is ALL THAT.
and the el dorado is a marvellous venue, stuffed full of atmosphere and history.
we loved our night out there and we had terrific company.
