soapmaking frenzy

production is at a peak of manic volume around here….with only 5 full days left before we take off for canada and the USA.
we’ve managed to already pack and ship the august orders for our big accounts…..but it still means that a crazy amount of soap has to be stored for the next month.
deep down, i enjoy the logistics of it all.
and i get great satisfaction from knowing it’s all arranged and ready for my assistant, joanne.
joanne usually takes over when we are away.
she answers the phone and packs orders and liaises with me via email and does a great job in general.
we are fortunate to have her as back up.
martine will be running our market operation in our absence, so there will be no break in soap supplies there either.
now all that is left to do is make and cut another 7500 bars of soap and get on that airplane.
