party catering!

today i am cooking for my father-in-law’s 80th birthday party.
we are having:
boned, butterflied lamb leg, marinated in olive oil, lemon, garlic, oregano, then chargrilled
grilled chicken breasts
yoghurt and cucumber dip
a medley of grilled vegetables (eggplant, zucchinis, button squash, onions, mushrooms), served room temperature with a red wine vinaigrette and a lot of fresh herbs
potato and onion fritters
couscous with orange juice, almonds and muscat raisins
tomato, red onion, basil salad
then
a pear and raspberry crumble with pouring cream.
i’d better get cracking!
