what on earth happened to this band?
they started out so PROMISINGLY with their fresh britpop sound……i just loved wonderwall….and then it was all downhill from there, in my humble opinion.
nothing they did after that ever grabbed me.
i know there was tension between the brothers….but i thought it actually improved the music.
the sweet lyrics from one brother combined with the sneering derisive lip-curled delivery from the other one made for some interesting music.
i’ve been revisiting wonderwall and it still sounds just marvellous.

I love Wonderwall. I have an amazing acoustic version on my ipod. It’s worth searching for.
How did you like the Phish CD I sent over to you a while back? There’s plenty more where that came from

I was Oasis’ biggest fan when Wonderwall came out. Their older stuff is also pretty good.
Shame they let their massive egos get in the way of making good music :/
