well, this BITES.
why do i always have teeth problems late on a friday night?
what’s that all about?
we all know that dentists are too rich to have to work weekends!

it could be an abcess.
it could be a cracked crown.
it could be pain migrating from an unfinished root canal in the lower jaw.
whatever it is, hot and cold food is setting it off, so i am on a diet of luke warm soup and yoghurt drinks.
it’s bloody painful….the pain actually SEARS through 2 panadeine tablets.
i am also self-medicating with left-over antibiotics from the husband’s recent (6 months ago) abcessed tooth drama.
ok, probably not a FABULOUS idea, but i’m desperate.
if it IS an abcess, at least it will be under control by monday.
if it is NOT an abcess, then no real harm done.

sometimes i think longingly of how my grandmother had all her teeth pulled out when she was 23 and lived a happy and dental-pain-free life for the next 57 years.

lovely minestrone soup:
1 onion
2 carrots
1 potato
3 handfuls of cabbage
2 bay leaves
1 tomato
2 tsp tomato paste
chicken stock
splash of vinegar
cannelini beans
sweet corn
salt/pepper/herbamare/italian herbs

and o yes, one more thing:
STILL NO WORD FROM CHINESE.
are they really expecting us to just ship 350 kilos of premium soap logs before payment?
very funny way to do business.
